Survey of SMEs in the Nürnberger Land region on the adoption of new technologies (AI, robotics, automation). Methodical preparation of surveys and expert interviews, evaluation and classification of results.
Handling of Flexible Materials Using Robot Arms
Development and evaluation of methods for robot-based handling of flexible materials (films, textiles, cables). Focus by agreement: specialised grippers (hardware) or learning-based control / simulation (software). Implementation in a real robot cell at TTZ.
Two Days of Robotics under Competition Conditions
TH Nürnberg hosted its first RoboCup Junior Rescue qualifying tournament at the TTZ Nürnberger Land — over 60 students in 23 teams competed, with nine qualifying for the German Championship in Cologne.
